And now for something that doesn’t suck!

Dirge, my story for the 2-year-novel course-Helena’s story- just evolved on me.

Well, more like grew a second head and a few tails and demanded I hold on tight cause the sucker wasn’t slowing down for anything. 

Almost four hours of research and all I can say is-

 

 Holy hell.

I have so much clarity now!

Things that weren’t making sense before suddenly clicked. And just like that, I’ve got a bunch of new ideas, new directsions and new possibilities to explore. I don’t want to say or give a way too much but I will say I love this story so much more now.

Fellow classmates, I know I’m still a little behind in the assignments. I hope to have assignment 17 up by Wednesday, but if I don’t, it’s not cause I’m not working. I’m just taking it slower so that I can flesh out these ideas better, plus it’s already looking like I’m going to have to revisit and revise quite a few of my old assignments.

So yes, fear not. I’m not dropping out, not by a long shot. I’ll still be commenting and cheering you guys on, just will be taking it slower with my own assignments.  Hopefully it’ll be worth it.

Nope, doesn’t suck at all.

(Well, except Sloane maybe.)
